How long does delivery take?

In-stock colors ship in 1–3 days. Made-to-order pieces are woven for you in Masaya and ship in about three weeks.

How much is shipping?

₡5.500 anywhere in Costa Rica, ₡4.500 in the GAM. Free on orders over ₡50.000.

How do I pay?

With SINPE Móvil. After you place your order we show you the number and the amount, and you send us the receipt on WhatsApp.

How do I care for my hammock?

Keep it out of the rain when you can and let it dry in the shade. Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, and never put it in the dryer.

Can I order several pieces for a hotel or project?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the styles, colors and quantities and we'll confirm the weaving time.

How do I hang it?

Hammocks

Distance between hooks: about the length of the hammock (3.5–4.5 m).
Hook height: 1.6–1.8 m from the floor.
Hang with a gentle curve, about 30°, so the lowest point sits about 45 cm off the ground with someone in it. If your hooks are closer together, mount them higher.

Use hooks rated for at least 150 kg anchored into solid posts, beams or masonry.

Chairs

Ceiling height: at least 2.1 m.
Hang from a ceiling beam or joist, never from drywall alone, with hardware rated for at least 135 kg.
The seat should sit about 45 cm off the floor.
